Thank you for an even BETTER 2022

I love to write, yet look at the dates between these two last posts. (last post “Thank YOU for an AMAZING 2021”)

My marketing allies would tell me that it’s time to hire someone to stay front-of-mind.

My financial advisor would tell me to start banking more for retirement (which for me means travel photography)

My desire to expand into a gallery with my fine art photography tells me that I’d rather invest in a larger building.

You can advance only by being larger than your present place; and no [person] is larger than his present place who leaves undone any of the work pertaining to that place.
— Wallace D Wattles - The Science of Getting Rich

My postmortem mentor Wallace Wattles tells me/us (in his book “The Science of Getting Rich”) that I have not maximized the efficiency of my current operation. In the chapter “Efficient Action” I was reminded that I had not maximized all of my resources to address those three conflicting mindsets.

I DO have the time to write - I only lacked the discipline to stop hitting my snooze button.

I DO have the time to maximize my health so that the illusion of “retirement” doesn’t come chasing at me before I am ready - Sure, my periscope is up, but I living in the past and future impede my creativity that has attributed greatly to my present. The more present I have become, the less fear I have about my future.

I DO have a way of selling more of my scenic images without a large chunk of my inaugural sales going to a $8k - $10k per month lease in a retail space, never mind the staffing necessary to “sell.”

All this to say, I just signed another five year lease in the space I currently spend my day serving my commercial and portrait clients.

I have reworked my schedule to stay healthy, spend more time writing (including blog posts to share updates) and TRAVEL TIME, to create more scenic images.

If you’ve never visited my fine art photography site, I encourage you to have a look. (www.Gratitudaholic.com)

I am currently looking for people with large office spaces with large blank walls. Know anyone?..

I ended 2022 with a three-week trip to New Zealand for Christmas with our Kiwi family. Jumped off a bridge while on the south island. : ^) HAPPY 2023!
